Why do I need phone installation for a Scanner Installation?

We recommend phone installation because it gives you access to an experienced technician when you initially set up the scanner.

While the iNSIGHT 4ES can be installed without purchasing the service, having professional assistance available during the initial setup helps provide a smoother transition and gives you someone to work with if you encounter questions along the way. It is an optional service, but one we recommend, particularly when replacing an older scanner.
