What happens to a customer's data when its contract ends?

 Customer data is archived for six months after contract termination or expiration and then permanently deleted. It also states that data may be deleted immediately upon request. While a subscription is active, data can be exported test-by-test in CSV, TXT, ACCDB, XLSX, and XML formats at no additional cost.
